We have come a long way with television technology from the first working CRT television in the 1920’s to the 4K Ultra HD televisions of today. The 4K Ultra HD is now the biggest trend in consumer televisions. Today at CE Week in New York City, Sharp introduced its new 70-inch 4K Ultra HD LED television, model LC-70UD1 which will be available for purchase in July for around $8,000.00. The design of the television is very attractive with a sleek looking bezel and base.

The features:

– Dual-core processor.
– Optical digital output.
– SD card reader.
– 2 USB 2.0 inputs.
– 4 HDMI 1.4 inputs.
– Smart Central hub.
– Control apps from iOS and Android devices.
– Six-driver audio speakers with Sharp’s DuoBass subwoofer systtem.

– and many more…

Looks like LG, Panasonic, Samsung, Sony and others has some competition.
