James C. Valle
James has 27 years of experience in the information technology field. He began his career as a Network Engineer with the Naval Surface Warfare Center (Carderock & Annapolis Division) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), working on operations and maintenance contracts.
In addition to his early roles, James was the owner of two successful businesses: Shake Rattle & Roll, an electronics business, and SRR Communications, a telecommunications company. He managed these ventures from the early 1990s to the mid-2000s.
James's IT expertise spans a wide range of areas, including desktop and software support, technology training, structured network cabling, network integration, maintenance and operations, and video teleconference support.
In September 2004, James founded J Technology, Inc., a company specializing in technology integration, consulting, and professional development services.

A subject matter expert in program and project management, governance, change management, and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), Herb excels in aligning ITIL frameworks with cutting-edge tools like ServiceNow and the BMC Remedy Suite. His expertise extends to designing and implementing service management processes, developing ITSM-aligned policies and standards, and optimizing ITIL service lifecycles, including Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation, and Continual Service Improvement.
Herb’s technical acumen and deep understanding of ITSM best practices have enabled him to deliver measurable client success. He has a proven ability to implement robust service management solutions, refine operational workflows, and enhance reporting and metrics for sustained organizational improvements.
Beyond his professional achievements, Herb’s commitment to serving others is reflected in his leadership as president of Chariots of Honor, a nonprofit organization honoring military veterans through ceremonial processions. A U.S. Navy veteran, Herb actively supports nonprofit military organizations, leveraging his expertise to make a meaningful impact on the veteran community.

Arul John
Arul is a software engineer with 25 years of experience handling software development and deployment, with Linux administration. His expertise is in full lifecycle software development, where he has handled various projects with large number of users. He has also mentored and coached various juniors and interns.
Arul has worked with clients in the government sector, educational institutions, major telecom companies and a domain registrar. He has also worked on mission critical projects.
Arul's technical strengths include software application development, web development, cloud services, API development and management, deploying AI / ML models, data engineering, earth science and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD). With all these under his belt, Arul is capable of leading and handling a team into delivering high quality software projects on time.
