My home PC recently died after a power surge. I found J Technology on Craigslist. The owner, James, turned out to be the consummate professional. He came to my home as scheduled looking very professional in a white shirt and dress slacks. Within the past eight months, I have relied completely on the services of J Technology for my computer needs. In Sept. 2007, I purchased a brand new laptop. Soon as I got my internet provider, I called James of J Technology to set up and configure my machine. James arrived at my house on time and did everything necessary to get me going on my computer. He briefed me on anti-virus and spyware protection and was on the phone with the security group of Cox, set up my Gmail, Yahoo and AOL accounts, registered my PC, hooked up the printer, and answered my questions clearly.
About two months ago I lost my internet connection. James not only came to the house and cleared the problem, but he also upgraded the security suite of Cox on my laptop. Again he answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
